Description
Essential Job Functions
Design, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions with a combination of vendor products and custom software for the Loan Origination platform in a SalesForce.com environment
Lead software evaluations, the development of solution architecture, and technical and security designs to support growing business needs while thoroughly considering the greater system impact and target architecture
Develop, integrate, configure, and support complex web, middleware, and backend systems
Working closely across the greater organization and with key vendors, lead and/or participate in projects from conceptualization through ongoing support while growing strong, healthy relationships as a Sr. Software Engineer
Ensure appropriate data quality through typing, scale & precision, validation, error messaging, and protection [encryption]
Consult with business to provide technical insight and consideration when solving business challenges
Closely partner with business stakeholders to clarify and solidify the business requirements
Perform with success in a selforganizing Agile Scrum team requiring little oversight
Lead and drive initiatives to success from kickoff to touchdown
Manages a nimble team of engineers. Assist and mentor other developers as appropriate.
Participate in code reviews, learn, propose and suggest software development industry standards.

Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent degree
≥ 6 years of relevant industry professional experience may be substituted in place of a degree
Active Salesforce Platform Developer I & App Builder certifications are highly preferred
≥ 7 years experience as a SalesForce developer
Mastery of Salesforce.com (SFDC) configuration, development, encryption, and implementation using Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, Lightning, Force.com, SControls, SOQL, and SOSL
Superior troubleshooting and RCA skills involving complex technical issues under pressure and tight timelines
≥ 5 years expert experience integrating internal and external systems using web services (SOAP and REST)
≥ 3 years experience with current message security protocols and best practices
≥ 2 years experience with a CASB for DLP
≥ 5 years mastery experience leading design / JAD sessions, developing variousstage functional and nonfunctional requirements, and E2E / integration technical design documents in lockstep with business stakeholders
Strategic in consideration of roadmaps, scalability, supportability, performance, and maintenance needs
Considerable experience working in Agile (Scrum, TDD) methodologies proactively and continuously identifying opportunities to improve process, knowledge, and tools
Business analyst solutions design and requirements definition / story writing
≥ 5 years experience with SOA, OOD, application frameworks, performance tuning, database optimization, and being solely responsible for the success of small to medium sized software development projects
≥ 3 years experience in or supporting commercial banking
≥ 3 years experience with securing highly sensitive and private data in highly regulated environments; financial services preferred
Intermediate experience in Java / J2EE technologies
Advanced experience with crafting, configuring, and supporting automation toolchains
Bonus Experience
Experience with nCino, nCino certification(s)
Selenium and/or SDET; white box
Solutions architecture TOGAF, Zachman
