Scope for Request
Positions will be used for Test systems setup and automation for the Omni rollout. Currently receiving data from mulitple sources and numerous manual interventions are required. Current process of establishing test enviroment is taking 46 weeks but looking for a resource that can write shell scripts to automate as many of these processes as possible. Expecting to get this process down to 46 days and eventually 46 hours. Knowledge of database (prefer DB2), unix (AIX), shell scripting are all critical
Required Experience
AIX UNIX
Database skills UBD DB2 is a big plus
SQL
Unix Shell Scripting
Python
Atlassian suite Jira , Stash/Bitbucket, Git
Jenkins is preferred

Trying to get testing environment in order
Experience AIX, LINUX, Shell Scripting, Korn, and Python, Pearl
DB Experience
Troubleshooting skills
File Permissions, navigate in a UNIX/LINUX Environment
Database Queries, trying to get from very manual to automated environment
100% DEV AND TEST Environment
Able to use Tables, Flat Files
Currently Use Jenkins (is an open source automation server written in Java)
