Job Description Our client, one of the largest telecom logistics companies in the US is seeking a Jira Developer/Implementation Specialist to analyze, design, test, configure, document, install and implement Jira Service Desk.
Responsibilities
Acts as the highestlevel Jira technical expert on the development and implementation of Jira Service Desk
Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and costeffective Jira Service Desk implementation.
Oversees system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.
Provides Jira Service Desk direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
Required Skills 3+ years of experience working with JIRA, including extensive Jira Service desk administration and customization using scripts and plugins.
3+ years of handson Jira Service desk design, testing, configuration, installation, implementation and documentation experience; including experience setting data structures
Significant experience developing and customizing workflows within Jira Service Desk.
Hands on experience installing, configuring, performance tuning, and maintaining Enterprise Jira instances.
5 plus years of Trouble Ticket management preferably in the telecom sector
Plus Skills Understanding of data center operations workflow and process management.
Understanding of network based technologies such as Load balancers, and Global DNS.
Architecture of Internet Services and/or Datacenter infrastructure.
