Job Description Over 10+ years of experience in various phases of software development life cycle (SDLC)
5+ years of experience in Health care domain
Domain expertise coupled with technical expertise to perform business requirements gathering, analysis, planning, documenting, development and testing
Expertise in preparing the business requirements document (BRD) and workflows, business process models
Experienced in agile methodologies (scrum, extreme programming) as well as typical waterfall model
Experienced in Data migration, transfer and conversion
Proficient in the Business and Data process analysis, design and development
Experience in business process definition, risk analysis, use case analysis and process flow diagrams
Proficient in Unified Modeling Language (UML), Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques and version controls to include the addendums
Expertise in Requirements Engineering techniques like use case diagrams, activity diagrams, process flow diagrams and sequence diagrams
Experience in data analysis, ETL techniques for loading high volumes of data and smooth structural flow of the data
Expertise in test process definition for all types of testing like manual testing, data migration testing and performance testing
Experience in integration testing, system testing, functional testing/black box testing, regression testing, GUI testing and acceptance testing (UAT)
Proficient in SQLs to analyze the data pattern to accommodate the various business scenarios
Proficient in reporting the status, metrics, risks, issues and mitigation plan to various stakeholders of the project
