Description
Job Description PCROI has a need to add an additional QA tester since their Salesforce & DW team are too demanding for their current teams. This person will be cross functional, working in different areas such as Salesforce, Data Warehouse testing, and potential SharePoint/Office 365. They will be primarily working with JIRA, Salesforce, MS Access, Excel. They will NOT need to write their own test scripts or SQL queries. Their Senior Testers and DBs have already created the script, which will be provided for the QA to execute. Although they will have the script provided, they will still need knowledge on how to write them, in the event they need to manipulate. Some sort of CRM and knowledge of enterprise software is strongly desired
Keys 1. Manual testing experience (Regression, functional, integration testing)
2. Strong communication, will be working cross with multiple ( Data Warehouse & Salesforce teams)
3. CRM experience preferably Salesforce
QA Tester Washington, DC
Job Summary
Our client in Washington DC is looking to hire a QA Tester who will be responsible for processes and procedures which would provide defect identification, reporting, and tracking for the various IT systems in development and in use. The QA will be working with the Salesforce CRM and Data Warehouse team of 7 members to take care of AD HOC testing on the CRM platform.
