Sitecore candidates without certification won't be considered
1. Strong/experienced certified SiteCore Developers (4+ years experience)
They must be certified!
SiteCore 8.0 or higher Professional Developer Certification
They must have a few years of strong experience
2. They need agile environment experience
3. Sitecore infrastructure and components experience
4. Experience with Team Development for Sitecore (TDS)
5. NoSQL databases, MongoDB experience is strongly desired
6. Jquery experience
7. .Net (4+ years experience)
8. JavaScript
9. Strong Soft Skills/Strong Communication skills
10. Must be able to start contributing on day 1
