Description
Associates degree from an accredited college/university in programming related field with significant course work and/or experience in design, development, and analysis of technology solutions and five years of experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proficiency in applying new technologies to existing applications and the development of new solutions with programming languages and technologies such as COBOL, CL, SQL, and XML and DB2 and SQL databases, and in MS Office products including Word and Excel.
Ability to think logically and to continually use personal judgment, experience, and known facts and figures, to make decisions and deal with problems.
