Job Description
The Senior Pega Developer position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities; the position includes work with the companys Pega system and integrations to other software and systems. The Senior Pega Developer is responsible must have an expert understanding of the Pega Framework, BPM and workflow applications. The Senior Pega Developer is responsible for modifications and managing of the full life cycle software development process. The Senior Pega Developer is responsible for implementing deploying Pega applications, integrations to other applications and systems. This position requires the individual to manage internally developed as well as externally purchased or developed applications as required by the business.
Software Developers are responsible for the technical implementation of solutions supporting business functionality. The Developers are required to work with multiple teams including but not limited to QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, Project Management and the business. The Senior Pega Developer must offer coaching to and mentoring of the Workflow Program team and other employees.
