Description
Required Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field with 12 months of professional experience. Will accept 36 months of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelors degree.
Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer [Preferred]
ITIL v3 (2011 update) Foundations [Preferred]
