Role & Responsibilities Manage/Administer/Enhance Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, synapseRT, Portfolio, Crowd, GitLab, Jira plugins, databases) installed in AWS environments (Dev, Test, Prod) Document tools/env install & configuration along with supporting processes for team to follow. Manage integration with other products/services. Service Health Responsible for proactively managing the health of our Atlassian tools in AWS to maintain high performance and availably. Support Responsible for support during business hours for the entire Atlassian stack as well as being oncall for support. Plugin Management Responsible for managing existing plugins, evaluating, testing and deploying new plugins to address customer requirements. JIRA Our Jira environment is growing and includes large interdependent projects for our product and engineering organizations for Agile project management, requirements/test management, defect tracking and issue tracking, custom applications leveraging the API. Confluence Responsible for managing all Confluence spaces including permissions, developing space templates, maintaining existing spaces and creating new spaces to customer requirements Manage user accounts and resolve support issues with tools, environments, connectivity. Work with tool vendor on support issues. Proactively identify SDLC tools enhancements based on user feedback and best practices. Manage application connectivity and network. Responsible to lead a team of consultants. Other duties as needed. Qualifications 8+ years of IT experience 5+ years as an Atlassian expert with the Atlassian Data Center platform with JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence applications Experience writing custom plugins and scripts for the Atlassian Suite. Expert level experience creating custom Workflows, Issues, Fields, and Screens Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment. Ability to work on crossfunctional projects demanding collaboration, communication and project management skills needed to be successful in a fastpaced environment. Experience working in a service management environment where IT organizations adhere to ITIL processes including request fulfillment, Incident management, change management, problem management. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with contacts at all levels. Skilled in developing collaborative relationships. Direct client experience required Preferred Qualifications Atlassian certification for JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence, with a preference of experience with deployment and management of the before mentioned applications in an Atlassian Data Center configuration. Atlassian Administration (ACP) Atlassian Server Administration Atlassian Confluence Administration Agile certification preferred ITIL v3 certification preferred Experience in a regulated environment with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering and 5 years demonstrated work experience or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
