RPA UI Path Developer

Description

Responsibilities Prepare and document key decisions about the solution approach covering Design Architecture and handover to RPA Product Owner IT for sign off Validate that architectural nonfunctional requirements are being met with the chosen design Coaches the RPA developers during all phases Responsible for specification documents based on RPA Delivery Method
Manages reusage of created objects Responsible for Identifying breaking process into modules in accordance with timelines and responsible for Integration of modules to deliver E2E solution
Manages collaboration of different developers at offshore and key stakeholders at onsite
Supports in development and solution design
Correct defects ensure code quality test is performed
Reviews developed RPA solution before UAT Checks adherence with developer guidelines Maintain current application architecture Check if requirements can be implemented within current architecture Improve performance and security aspects of current architecture Consulting of RPA Product Owner IT regarding RPA architecture
Create and update operational handbook for production and ensure smooth transition
Operational support for defect corrections and required changes
Skills required RPA (Automation Anywhere/Blueprism/UiPath) RPA Architect or UiPath Lead developer with 810 years of experience minimum handson with 34 of experience in RPA projects
First preference is RPA Tech Lead with UIPath RPA Tool Experience. Second preference is RPA Tech Lead with multiple RPA Tool experience with mandatory UiPath tool awareness.
Lead to spearhead daily team huddles to ensure work allocated in accordance with timelines and to gauge the work completed by team on previous business day
Depth knowledge in Industrial best practice for RPA (Automation Anywhere/ Blueprism/UiPath) tool and customizing them to meet client needs
Should be flexible and support team members whenever required and stepup to represent LTI during client meetings
Individual contributor to work with zero supervision and also should work with team collaboratively to achieve collective goal
REFramework knowledge is preferable
