Description

Job Description Candidate must have experience in SFDC administrative tasks like Creating Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflows, Process Builder Flows, Visual Flows, Validation Rules Actions, and Approval Processes.
Responsibilities Ideal candidate acts as a principal Salesforce Admin to the specification, design and implementation of software subsystems
Performs analysis of complex systems/configuration, creates architecture, functional and design specifications, codes and debugs complex software, investigates and troubleshoots critical problem areas and executes corrective action
Actively involve in all stages of the Salesforce development projects (i.e. definition, development, deployment)
Plays a lead role in investigating/evaluating new CRM technologies/addons to meet current and future needs; analyzes current technology with respect to product strategies
Leverage experience with Java/.Net development, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Databases to build integration points between Salesforce and backend systems
Qualifications Qualified candidate will have Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field or 3+ Years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator
Execute and maintain system configuration, data loads, setting up security and user permissions
Must have good functional knowledge and provide good customer experience through timely and appropriate communication as well as following through till issue resolution
Must be skilled in customizing standard objects and develop Custom objects, PageLayouts, and Recordtypes to distinguish between various requirements
Experience in SFDC administrative tasks like Creating Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflows, Process Builder Flows, Visual Flows, Validation Rules Actions, and Approval Processes
Working Knowledge of Salesforce Lighting is a huge plus.
