Salesforce QA Test Lead

Description

Qualifications and Experience 810 years of experience in Salesforce applications testing involving planning & execution using test management tools like TFS Experience working in Agile projects Expecting to understand the requirements, design the test cases and execute it using TFS. Must have a strong understanding of E2E software development life cycle and software testing life cycle. Strong conceptual thinking skills, creativity and flexibility. Performing API based testing to retrieve the data from Windward Systems to Salesforce systems. Building the queries using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) to retrieve the data. Performing testing on data calls built on Open Data Protocol (oData) which is consumed by REST APIs. Building queries in SQL Server using Structured Query Language (SQL) to retrieve the data processed through Application Programming Interface (APIs). Analyzing Production issues and ability to debug the source code to identify the root cause and triaging the defects. Launching/Triggering the scheduled Jobs using Batch files. Performing parallel testing using messaging protocol Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) UI. Performing Functional, Integration, End to End testing between various application Analyzing and reviewing the EPICs, Product Backlogs (PBI) and designing, executing the Test Cases, logging defects in Team Foundation Server. Communicate issues and status information to client's Program Manager, collecting metrics and participate in standup meetings Participate in performance improvement activities. Identify and apply potential improvements related to the environment for an application.
