Federal Government Experience, Should also be able to obtain public trust with no issue
Has Oracle forms and reports experience. GIT experience. Any experience with migrating forms and reports. Familiar with ticketing system (Remedy), not necessary but helpful
financial experience
Any JAVA or Webbased experience
Communicating succinctly. Dont ramble answers. Need developers to be able to communicate with the client during requirements gathering and demos among other meetings.
