ADAS Systems Architect

Description

Overview Analyzing system requirements for customers or internal reference implements, deeply cooperating closely with Software and Hardware Architects for system level concepts
Studying and evaluating performance of different platforms regarding GPU, CPU, DSP, customized VPU and memory usage for benchmarking
Collaborating with ADAS software developers and other entities inside the company for system analysis and future requirement definition
Participating in function definition and implementation of functional safety requirements (up to ASILD)
Performing system design review and documentation with other team members Maintaining embedded testing and benchmarking toolchains
Contributing to project planning and milestone review
Primary Skills '7+ years of experience in system architecture definition, including Very good programming experience in Linux and Windows environments
Fundamental knowledge of hardware design
Sound technical background and knowledge of FPGA, ARM Processors, GPU, DSP, Vector Processing Unit (VPU), embedded SW/RTOS, and subsystem microarchitectures
Experience in functional safety (ISO 26262)
The ability to understand practical aspects of ADAS applications
Familiarity with automotive industry process tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and suppliers
Good MS office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or similar; a master's is preferred
Secondary Skills Proficiency in a procedural programming language such as C++, Python, etc.
ASIC/FPGA design experience
System C modeling experience
Experience with a requirement management tool, preferable DOORS
Experience working with distributed teams, preferably international teams
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering
