Description

Senior EDI Specialist Responsibilities Manage analysis, processing, and transactions to assure transaction and data integrity with improvements inaccuracy, consistency, processing time and customer service.
Ensure smooth operations of the BizManager platform.
Work with various business partners to identify, implement, and assure required testing for business rules.
Work with business partners to convert legacy EDI interfaces to BizManager.
Automate and support file feeds, electronic data interchange and ETL processes.
Manage, automate, and maintain EDI services (AS2, VANS) with external providers (GSX, Edicts, OB10), customers and suppliers. Work with customers and providers to assure the best solutions and data transfer services for FDC.
Construct Service Level Agreements based on data analysis and customer expectations.
Lead the architecture design of EDI integration, automation, implementations, processes, data transfers, mapping, analytics and reporting. Consult with Infrastructure, Development and Business Intelligence to complete architecture designs for reliable systems implementations.
Provide long term strategy for automated services with short term objectives
Provide direction and strategy to migrating EDI services into Enterprise Solutions
Create and maintain interfaces between applications systems and EDI transactions
Participate in project meetings, providing input to project plans and providing status updates.
Senior EDI Specialist Requirements 4+ years of experience in EDI system implementation, integration and administration.
Prior project management experience is a plus.
Experience with SQL, Boomi, GXS, Tungsten, XML, EDI
Extensive knowledge of prepress applications and workflows. Ability to analyze, design, develop, test, troubleshoot, optimize, enhance and maintain EDI applications.
Expert level knowledge of B2B enterprise system (BizManager B2B is preferred)
Evaluate requests for new and/or modifications to applications/programs/processes/maps.
Maintain detail documentation and process flow of all EDI processes.
