Project Client is doing an analyzes of workforce and augmentation. Will need understanding of workforce analysis and the business processes associated with it. Will be building relationships, providing strategy for workforce, tracking budgets etc. This is a functional PM. Someone who is heavy on a specific HCM/HRIS platform who does the specific technical analysis with modules, configuration of the modules ect, is not the right person for this role. This is a business and HR focused PM who is working on implementing these systems and how to leverage the platforms for business improvement on how the organization manages their consulting workforce.
