Job Description
Storage Testing Experience
Perform Product Test and Failure Analysis
Perform product testing to evaluate and support newproduct development
System level and drive level debugging usingsoftware programs, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, and other diagnostic tools
Install, modify and debug issues in a Windows Linux,and Mac OS environment
Drive issues to closure by interfacing/collaboratingwith other product development teams
SupportInternal/External Customers
Provide technical support (e.g. failure analysis,questions, etc.) to any internal or external customer as part of productdevelopment
Provide technical knowledge and feedback to theSATA, SAS,SSD and PCIe specifications
Adhere to Safety procedures
Follow established policies and procedures
Recognize and resolve safety or environmentalissues, including assistance to develop appropriate procedures anddocumentation
Use available resources to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner
