The skill sets and experience the contractors should have 6+ years of software development
6+ years of C, C++, Embedded system
4+ years in CAN protocol development
Work experience in Visual Studio, Windows, MFC and UI
Good understanding of IO
Very good understanding and work experience in Serial Communication protocol (CAN, RS232/422/485)
Work experience in x86 and ARM processors
Railroad domain experience is a plus.
Education Preferred BSEE; BSCS. Your work experience outweighs the degree therefore it is NOT a MUST have Great Disposition, Team Player, Can Do Attitude, Unafraid to take a Risk, Strategic Thinker, Passion for Solving Problems, Able to Hit the Ground Running (all of these traits you will be interviewed)
