1. Application DESIGN Experience (not just front end development ) 2. Extensive Cobol ILE Experience on the iSERIES 3. 7 years+ of experience in the design and architecture of front end applications in Cobol ILE with current SOA Architecture Techniques. 4. Experience Leading Software development in an Agile Environment 5. Knowledge of COBOL and/or RPG. 6. Experience in designing multi-tier business logic-based systems. 7. Experience building stored procedures in applications.Description
Technical Skills Minimum 12 years of Hands on Coding experience in COBOL400 and or Cobol ILE.
Strong exposure to DB2400.
Strong Design and Development experience required.
Experience of coordinating with the client for requirement clarification and solutioning.
Guiding Offshore Team technically Insurance domain knowledge is required.
