Candidates must have and be able to demonstrate indepth production support experience in the following areas REST and SOAP web services Linux/Unix scripting Oracle SQL 11g or higher (troubleshoot/create basic SQL statements) J2EE Application Server IBM Websphere TWS SSL/certificates Use of load balancers in a highly available enterprise environment strong analytic and problem solving skills critical thinker must have good communication skills must be a team player and individual contributor Nice to haves Splunk Jenkins XL Deploy ServiceNow Experience working with firewalls
