Description
Job Description Core member of automation engineering team will execute and lead projects with guidance from Lead engineers
Design, engineer, and qualify complex automation controls solutions and applications
Interface with a variety of automated equipment and drive controls solutions to eliminate defects, improve cycle times, reduce machine downtime.
Working knowledge and competence in PLC, HMI, robot control, and servo control programming
Experience with highvolume automation applications in the medical device, electronics industries
Experience with SCADAbased production control systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional team to identify root cause of production issues and develop creative solutions to resolve
Follow and execute change management process when implementing new controls solutions or modification/refurbishment to existing controls solutions
Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation of the automation equipment
Minimum 5 years handson experience designing, deploying, and/or maintaining highspeed automated assembly, filling, and packaging equipment
