3. Experience working in a multicloud DevOps environment. Job Description Hilton Hotels Worldwide is seeking to add a Release Manager to support their Digital DevOps team. This team supports development of projects such as Connected Room and the new Hilton Honors app and website. Hilton needs someone who is both technically savvy and also acting across functional teams on and offshore. RESPONSIBILITIES Document the release scope and deliverables.
Manage change control process and coordinates change control meetings in support of the SDLC lifecycle and the release engineering team.
Release planning and execution; to include coordination and communication during and after deployment.
Manage relationships and coordinate work between multiple teams.
Coordinate release approvals for releases to all environments.
Work with DevOps Engineering teams in maintaining a release repository and managing key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
Among others, utilizing the following tools Cloud based platform solutions, Java 9, Spring Boot, REST services, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, React, React Native, JavaScript, Git, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and additional software tools as need to create 12 factor apps.
Experience working on CI/CD
Experience working with Microsoft Azure
