Java Developer with BPM experience

Job Description Looking for a Developer that can have a variety of backgrounds of development. Ideal would be more of a Java Developer that has web application experience with Web Services, and experience with BPM. The team supports systems for the life insurance areas within Principal, and handles document captures (mail/email), to send them to the depository, and then uses BPM to route work to users and teams. Need someone with a willingness to work on 3rd party platforms. This is a back fill for someone that left the team, it is currently a 3 person team and a leader. Two of these team members are Engineers, and one is more of a QA who is shifting more toward configuration work. The person they are backfilling had a background in automation as well as development, so they are really open to experience. Would be willing to look at more entry level folks that have a few years of experience. Would also take a look at someone more experienced who has versatility experience. Need the right background and personality fit for the team. Needing a good collaborator with excellent communication skills. BPM would be a nice to have, but don't put TOO much weigh on this. Teams are working on a few different platforms IBM/BPM (now called business automation workflow, previously called Lombardiso experience with any of these would be nice to have), work also with Enterprise Document Capturing Content (they use IBMbut could look at candidates with another type), the last is an IBM tool called Content Navigator (would look for previous image viewing/content management experience here). Automated Testing experience and usage of tools a plus. Systems they are working on have 100s of users here in Des Moines, so they need someone that can be onsite and in person to support, would sit at 750. Candidate should have knowledge of Principal as a company and be familiar with Des Moines. Will be working in an Agile environment where everyone is highly collaborative/team players. Need someone who has a flexibility of hours, will be standard for the most part but there will be occasional night and weekend releases.
