Key Expectations
10+ years of IT experience in Design, Development, and Maintenance of applications, Administration and Production Support. Should have Work experience in Warehouse Management system and Retail domain. Work experience in onsiteoffshore model at different stages of software development life cycle (SDLC) Expertise in Business, Requirement gathering, System analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Debugging, Code review, Maintenance, Documentation, Testing, Deployment and Production Support Strength in gathering Business requirements, Analyzing functional design documents requirements and translating them to Proposal, Use Cases, Program Specifications. Work with business to define new processes and propose solutions to meet their requirements Work effectively in a crossteam environment Adapt to a dynamic business environment, proactively seeking ways to improve IT value to the organization, and Work well in a global business environment, being able to communicate effectively with business associates & Team across different cultures, time zones and languages Work with users in resolving critical production issues in a timely manner Effectively Maintain and report the project status to different Stakeholders (Mindtree and Client counterpart) Technical Skill IBM AS/400, System I, RPG III, RPGIV, Free format RPG, RPGLE, DB2/400, SQL/400, CLP, Turnover, Should have knowledge on Socket programming. Work Experience Requirements At least 10+ years experience in AS/400 applications Understanding of software development, enhancement and support Experience in setting up Development Life Cycle Processes Knowledge of distribution systems is an added advantage Must worked in Enhancement or Development Projects Must worked in Implementation in his/her previous assignment Must have done one complete Life Cycle Process for an enhancement/development Must have an experience working with customer directly Must have an offshore coordination experience Must have experience WMS (Warehouse management system).
