POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Global Launch Manager Informatics, are to 1. Lead crossfunctional commercial launch team to secure the successful, ontime launch of a new healthcare AI informatics product in radiology, ensuring the successful transition of global knowledge to launch countries through effective project management, communication and relationship building skills; 2. Ensure all facets of the commercial launch process as defined in the launch playbook are appropriately planned/budgeted and executed by required functions/departments; 3. Training is successfully delivered ontime to all necessary functions (including product and sales, service, clinical applications, customer support); 4. Sales force readiness is secured ontime (including utilization segmentation, targeting, incentives, materials and performance tracking); 5. Customer support readiness is secured (including SAP preparation, complaint handling and customer loyalty); 6. Ensure Service readiness to support the product launch; 7. Build strong relationships with key reference sites for prelaunch performance testing and customer feedback to the Global Launch Team (GLT) and R&D; 8. Define and track launch success, closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders (including strategic marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, quality, product supply, software engineering); 9. Define best practice examples and ensure lessons learned are adequately reflected in the launch playbook for future informatics launches; REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Education Requirement(s) i. Education Required Bachelors degree required, Masters degree or higher preferred ii. Relative Experience Required 10+ years of technology related product management, brand management or marketing experience iii. General Business Experience Required 12+ years required Candidate must had an established track record in marketing and/or commercial operations, and strong business acumen. General characteristics needed Proven ability to lead and influence key decision makers; Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to lead crossfunctional, multicultural teams as well as a track record in building strong relationships with customers; Proven ability to work in a large multinational company with a matrix organization; Proven ability to be a selfstarter and comfortable working in virtual teams, vigilant and adaptable to changing market dynamics, identify market opportunities and threats; Good presentation skills (oral and written communication), organization skills, project management and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Experience with marketing to healthcare providers or experience in sales Knowledge of the Radiology market Strong drive for results and delivery of objectives; Able to travel internationally to global meetings, regional congresses and key reference sites; Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
