5+ years of experience working within a commercial pharmaceutical environment; specifically doing data analysis/visualization with either Tableau or Power BI
Spent the last 3 years in Business Intelligence for a pharmaceutical company; focusing on market and business insight analytics
Strong experience working hands on with SAS programming
Has worked with commercial data such as ROI, KPI, Regressions, Prescription, RX, Secondary Data
Hands on with Excel and PowerPoint pertaining to reporting Plusses
Knowledge of Power BI
Has worked with Patient level data analysis Day2Day
A large pharmaceutical client is looking for BI Analysts to join their Commercial Analytics team in Bridgewater, NJ. This individual must be coming from a prior pharmaceutical company, specifically working on the commercial side of the business. Someone who has worked closely with a brand team in the past would be well suited because they will be tasked with designing promotions/finding opportunities for groups of doctors. For example, they will look at certain groups of doctors to find 35 different metrics to pull from the data sets. Then they will start finding the right data sets to pull from, in order to see what they can apply or revaluate, to provide an overall better business model. 30% of the day will be deriving insights from metrics to show better business practices, whereas, 70% of the day will be pulling data/ bar charts and defining the right data sets to solve complex problems.
