Description
Qualifications Fouryear Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
5 or more years of experience including 3 years of experience in supporting enterpriselevel platform
A minimum of three years experience of working in IT Service Management
Excellent Major Incident and Problem Management skills
Root Cause Analysis skills
Competence in delivering oral and written communications
Expert in the preparation of process and procedure documentation
Work under pressure to deliver agreed upon deadlines
Ability to influence process and recommend direction to peers and managers
