BA/PM with Property & Casualty Insurance

This engagement is unique in that it is primarily a process redesign and people driven effort. While we may identify quick wins with existing technology, the focus must be on process design, change management and leadership.
NA has a number of dated data reconciliation issues stemming from lack of process alignment across Claims, Finance and Ops functions. This initiative is being launched to fix data reconciliation issues and to design/implement process improvement measures to minimize future data quality challenges. BA/PM will be responsible for BA/PM will onboard skilled personnel who will perform the Project management along with Business analysis work liaising with stakeholders in multiple functional areas including Claims, Operations, Finance, Shared Services Unit (SSU) and IT. Facilitate workshop/ Meetings with required stakeholders to elaborate the current state processes and gather inputs to come up with the Proposed Future State processes.
Analyze the current state processes, identify the pain points and process improvements. Validate the pain points and implement the proposed process improvements.
Document the Future State processes, review with SMEs and finalize the document. Circulate with the required stakeholders.
Coordinate during the testing phase and provide appropriate support needed.
Coordinate with the team during project implementation and postdeployment phase.
Work with the various teams involved and align on their appropriate roles and responsibilities.
Develop concrete detailed plan to execute the project including scheduling, outlining duties of each team members, identify project goals and setting a timeline for the project.
Monitor project status to ensure the project is in track, meet the defined milestones and executed as per the project plan.
Document and communicate project related risks to appropriate stakeholders on the realtime basis.
Establish and manage the project status and represent the metrics and project status report with required stakeholders on weekly/monthly basis.
Assess and document To Be standard operating procedures and create the workaround document for the functionalities that are missing in the application, as applicable.
Facilitate development and implementation of sustainable process improvement solutions involving teams of functional experts reporting to project sponsors and supporting units.
Work with AGCS partners, such as to ensure alignment of AGCS process framework and relay consistent message.
