Job Description HR process expertise and good knowledge on HR trends.
Good knowledge and Expertise on HR technologies.
Experience in designing HR KPI based metrics.
Should have worked as HR Business Analyst in multi country environment and multi HR technologies.
Good Communication and presentation skills.
Managed minimum of 10 member HR process experts.
Should have handled CHROs in his previous projects.
Participate in Requirements Gatherings.
Dashboard wireframes design discussions.
Build Domain knowledge and Business understanding around dashboard KPIs and Object list.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong data visualization and representation skill.
Assist TechM development team on business functionality.
SQL knowledge, strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models.
