Looking for a Salesforce Administrator, who has proven experience managing Salesforce, to join its Syndication and Distribution team. We are looking for a professional with a get it done attitude, who takes initiative to further improve internal processes and data in our Salesforce platform. The candidate must have a focus on quality and best practices while having a goaloriented mindset to drive solutions and lead change. An understanding of sales metrics and KPIs is a must. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the daytoday configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
Responsibilities Design technical solutions and identify integration opportunities with applications
Oversee business processes, analyzing areas of opportunity, data structure and reporting
Analyze user needs and developing solutions and configurations in Salesforce
Make recommendations for improving process and data using Salesforce best practices
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment and complex business models
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Data cleanup and migration when required using tools such as Demand Tools and Data Loader
Good communication skills are a must
Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
Assist with the triage of support cases escalated to sales support
Manage product and pricing catalog in Salesforce CPQ
Qualifications
3+ years of Salesforce experience, including project management/business analysis experience
Exhibits strong communication skills and clientfacing demeanor
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problemsolving skills
Possesses a natural ability to develop relationships with all levels of an organization
Is analytical and solutionsoriented, with the ability the understand data sets and technology
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce CPQ a must
Understanding of various pricing strategies, including SaaS and usage pricing and billing models
Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
Nice To Have Knowledge of SQL or Relational Databases
Experience with Conga, Pardot, and Docusign/Echosign; Conga Contracts is a plus
