WHAT YOULL DO Developing Next Generation Healthcare Oriented Software Platform intended to make healthcare more affordable, improve quality of care and extending peoples lives
Analysis and Design Participate in a Test Design Review Board for integration test plans
Create endtoend, cross applicationimpacting, integration automation (API and UI) with complex org
Develop career path more aligned with individual performance and ambitions
Execute Testing with complex org setup, varied data shapes
Independently designs and delivers code for products with a quality mindset
Provides oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within their scrum team.
Master the Aerial development process, culture and code base, in order to improve it.
Monitor product and/or featurelevel quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc)
Works closely with senior developers, Product Management, and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements
WHAT YOULL BRING Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Overall GPA and Major GPA over 3.0.
9+ Years of experience in software testing/quality assurance activities
Understanding of software engineering principles, usability, or business analysis skills
Understanding of Java, Ruby on Rails, C# or a similar language
Understanding concepts of building distributed / service oriented / microservicestyle and cloud based applications / highly scalable solutions
Public Cloud Experience would be beneficial
Familiar with industry quality & usability practices
Proficient in writing functional automation (UI/API)
Selfmotivator, who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problemsolving skills.
Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and ability to coordinate crossteam efforts
Awareness of Modern Development Concepts to include Agile software development process, test driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, Kubernetes and related techniques
Good understanding of Relational Databases and NoSQL
