Description
1) Work Experience Required Minimum 7 years installation, implementation and management of a Liferay platform. Experience in implementing search and indexing is a must.
2) Understanding of Business Intelligence, Information Management, Knowledge Management, integration, portals, etc. Solid knowledge and experience on Liferay and Java technology landscape including various server products. Capacity Planning.
3) The Technical Lead Analyzes, designs, coding and supports related applications using Liferay DXP
4) Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle processes/procedures is also required.
5) Performs maintenance and enhancements on applications (functional and related reports) with limited supervision with regards to code development in accordance with established naming conventions and standards, implementation procedures, and post production testing.
6) Delivers efficient code that minimizes system performance impacts and minimizes postinstallation issues. Tests thoroughly.
7) Works with Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to further define specifications, indicate areas of system impact, and continuously communicates project status and needs.
8) Assists the application support team in troubleshooting and resolving application system errors. Resolves tickets in a prompt manner without assistance.
9) Creates detailed technical documentation of system enhancements. Examples of documents include Design Specifications Documents, Report Guides, System Description Documents, and Change Control Forms.
10) Ability to provide technical guidance to lesser experienced developers and guide team oriented projects.
