Job Specifications
The individual should have working experience in Oracle 11i/R12 EBS Finance track (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets)
Lead and actively participate in all phases of system implementation including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system design, development, testing, rollout and support. Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business operation flows. Should be able to demonstrate industry specific solution than standard solution.
Adhere to proven implementation methodologies for continuous improvement and optimization of the existing solutions. Partners with business users to identify opportunities for system improvements, lead functional implementations/ enhancements of Oracle modules and monitor and document postimplementation problems and revision requests.
Ability to quickly recognize and research complex business problems to expedite resolution. Identifies gaps and opportunities for process improvements through standardization, changes in practice, or through IT automation.
Minimum 1215 years in IT
Functional with 11i and R12 hands on.
Experience in 2 implementations/ Application Support of Oracle Applications Financials modules
11i experience is a MUST, End to End R12 Support and Implementation Experience will be an added advantage Excellent understanding on core EBS architecture & integrations. Should have good exposure towards P2P and O2C process. Understanding on the integration between Procurement and Financial modules
Knowledge or exposure of Oracle Cloud is an added advantage
He/she should have excellent skills in analysis, solution designing, conducting the transition to Production, Support activities, Capable of writing quality documentations like Training material, Solution Design Documents (Including process flows), Desktop procedures etc.
Must have worked with Oracle Support and relevant teams for Sev1 SRs. Manages and resolves SRs as related to all Oracle modules and interfaces.
Experience in supporting clients in Production environment.
Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution.
Be able to cope with multitasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Clear articulation, communication and exposure to working in teams.
Should be good enough to understand the client requirements and provide solutions
Strong in PL/SQL and debugging skills. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
