Salesforce Business Analyst

Description

Salesforce Functional Consultant that will be able to assist with a focus on configuration, master data, master data cleanup, and testing. This would not be a technical person who can develop APIs.
There is an existing interface between Salesforce and the legacy mainframe system. The mainframe system was very rigid on customer master data structures and hierarchies so Salesforce is structured and customer data is mapped in a unique way.
SAP customer master data is structured very differently and less hierarchical. I think they originally hoped they could still map SAP to the existing Salesforce structure and use interface business rules to make it all work. I suspect they are finding that it will be better to change Salesforce some to make the interface design better. And, they likely have bad data in Salesforce because there is bad data in the mainframe that ultimately won't be converted to SAP.
The client wants an additional Salesforce person to backfill their existing Salesforce team on support so the employees (they have two now) can spend more time working on the project.
This person will be aiding in the problems described above, and would need to be comfortable with such job scope
