Full Stack Engineer- Sailpoint

This is an IAM Team and they have recently implemented Sailpoint IAM Solution but do not have anyone on the current team that has strong experience with it. Manager needs a Strong Sailpoint resource that has a software development background mainly in Java/J2ee. Looking for a Sr Software Engineer for client Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC.
This business unit is looking for an application developer to participate in the maintenance and migration to vendor IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions. These applications are used to ensure that the organization adheres to governmental regulations, as well as SEC and client contractual agreements across the firm.
Primary Responsibilities
Development and some daytoday operations of the IAM processes supported by the SailPoint products. Develop source code that supports the SailPoint Identity IQ integration with third party data sources Integrate new data sources, developing strategies for improving data quality, implementing correlation logic, and writing some custom code for new computed attributes Provide guidance in all aspects of the successful installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of SailPoints Identity & Security IQ Provides application support, problem diagnosis, and resolution. Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives Collaborates with staff and project management staff to define requirements and develop software solutions Develop application APIs
Proactively identifies and recommends improvements in support of the strategic direction of the products. Advises senior technical leadership on solutions / strategy where applicable Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent 3 6+ years software engineer / development experience, with a focus on application development and utility programming as well as database experience
Skills and Knowledge
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire to grow as an engineer and specifically to gain knowledge in the domain business unit IAM space. Working knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) Familiarity with SailPoint or other vendor Enterprise IAM solutions Hands on experience with Tomcat, Gradle, Maven, and Eclipse Familiarity with NIST Framework and Information Security Risk Based Frameworks Familiarity working within a teambased Agile framework Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong programming skills. Strong handson development experience with code management tools such as Visual Studio Online and/or Git Required expertise in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns Demonstrated expertise with JAVA and/or C#, Microsoft SQL Server Intermediate to advanced expertise with Angular (nice to have)
