IBM BPM Developer

Description

The service management team supporting the Small Business Insurance (SBI) Platform for our Client needs a contractor to fill a programmersenior position. This assignment is to support the continued growth of the clients platform for small business products. In this assignment, the contractors will work with vendor tools for rating, data support needs for Hadoop, and continuing to build out a more robust BPM solution. In addition, they will participate in strategybuilding towards future solutions. Above all else, candidates must be able to collaborate/communicate in a dynamic team environment so strong communications both written and verbal is required.
In addition to the skills listed below the ideal candidates MUST HAVE strong collaboration, partnership and communication skills. We are looking for people who can fit into a changing landscape that is fast paced and exciting as we grow our commercial product.
Required Skills Experience working with vendors software especially Agency Management or CRM solutions (must need to understand complexities with vendor software)
Experience analyzing options and proposing recommendations
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges
Experience with building APIs, Integration, and Cloud (Azure or AWS strongly preferred)
Experience with the Microsoft Client/Server technology stack
Software Development experience using c# .NET
SDLC, Code Commit Solution and Versioning
Experience with Business Intelligence teams, datasets, and requirements
Experience with IBM Products, specifically, BPM/BAW development experience Education and/or experience Required Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.
