RPA Developer

Description

Partner in a team environment or be able to independently design, develop, code, test and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing software of moderate complexity. Develop solutions across many disciplines and be responsible for explaining solutions and procedures. Apply principles, theories and concepts and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to moderately complex software. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 6 8 years related experience.
Required Skills Great communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to quickly work with and build rapport with many people in various levels of an organization. Ability to work with clients and quickly understand their needs. Understanding of RPA abilities and limitations. Develop and analyze functional specifications Ability to drive conversations toward the clients goal while helping clients understand RPA technologies. Ability to manage multiple opportunities at the same time. Ability to schedule and work with clients around the world. Attention to detail. Understands how to ask questions to fully determine clients manual processes. Ability to document manual processes both written and video. Ability to drive discovery with clients. Keep track of opportunities and continually move them forward. Familiarity with an RPA technology like UIPath Familiarity with development lifecycle process.
