SFDC Business Analyst/Solutions Consultant
The Salesforce Business Analyst and Solutions Consultant is a key member of Sovereign CRMs delivery organization. In addition to being responsible for business analyses, this person would work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology using best practices. The candidate should have strong functional and/or industry knowledge with respect to core Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ. Our clients are worldleading organizations that have selected Salesforce.com to advance their business and expect our team of Business Analysts and Solutions Consultants to have a strong grasp of both their needs as concerns the technology and best practices with respect to the implementation and utilization of Salesforce products.
Roles and Responsibilities Provide functional leadership and best practices on the SFDC platform, including core SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and CPQ. Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
Document AsIs business processes, business requirements and solution designs.
Gather, understand, and define business requirements from clients and end users.
Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customers business requirements.
Analyze, design, and configure Salesforce implementations.
Liaison between customer stakeholders and Sovereign CRM development/technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet business requirements.
Assist with project management, planning and coordination of project activities.
Skills Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical customers and coworkers.
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues
Excellent attention to detail
Experience defining business requirements and use cases
5+ Years hands on experience working on Salesforce implementations
Working understanding of Apex and Visualforce is a plus
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, reports and dashboards
Number of Years of Work Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design and Implementations.
Desired Certifications Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
