Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 6+ years of experience in JAVA V1.7,J2EE,Struts,Couchbase V5.1, Spring and Webservice, IBM Websphere Server,Jenkins,HermesJMS,Unix Scripting, Oracle
Good to have ITIL Process, Forgerock, Cassandra, DB2, Epsilon, AppD, Sumologic, AWS Basics Roles and responsibility Is part of oncall rotation
Better hands on experience on Service Now and its process to meet SLA response and restoration.
Monitoring applications
Frequent status update to Client and Supervisor
Coordinate with other teams to resolve the issu Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Open Source Operations and Integration
Time Management
Production Support Experience
Communications (Listening, Persuasiveness, Oral, Written)
At least 2 years full systems life cycle experience including requirements gathering, functional and technica
