Description
NonServiceNow Specific Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/XML
Experience with web services using SOAP/REST
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset, etc.)
Experience with LDAP and SSO
ServiceNow Specific Administration of the SN platform and associated application forms
Creating custom applications, catalog items and workflows
Creating and configuring business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts
Defining and debugging access controls
Building/maintaining reports and homepages/dashboards
Defining and managing data imports and transformations
Preferred ITIL Foundation cert
ServiceNow Certified Admin
ServiceNow Certified Developer
