Description
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windchill PLM and provide functional and technical consulting support to business and IT team at Magna as needed
Help Magna strengthen Windchill PLM related internal competency in the areas identified by them so that the business can leverage the application to the fullest
Share best practices on PLM related project and support processes so that Magna can revisit certain areas for realignment as per the best practices
Support Magnas PLM team as an SME and deliver small projects related to new configuration (as applicable based on new business requirement) as per the best practices shared Create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS) for any new requirement from the business users
Perform new system configuration as needed as per the DDS.
Test the new configurations and deploy it for business users testing
Support business users in testing of new functionality (delivered through configuration)
Train the business users so that they can effectively make use of new configurations to address business needs
