Oracle Identity Manager 11G or 12C product. Installation (OIM, BI, underlying products and connectors
We are looking for an Technical Expert for the Oracle Identity Manager 11G or 12C product. OIM is a component of the Oracle Identity Governance Suite of products (OIG might be a comparable term).
Position Requirements The following is a list of needed skills (not allinclusive) Installation (OIM, BI, underlying products and connectors), configuration and testing
Installation of Fixes and appropriate testing
Troubleshooting issues (Identify, Isolate, Troubleshoot and Resolve)
Understanding of Logs and messages contained within
Sizing, Optimization and Performance Testing (incl cleanup of audit data)
Customization of Connectors, SSL, notifications, mail approval, workflow and business logic
Customizing SOA composites
Development / Customization of Event Handlers and associated business logic
Experience with Data Seeding and associated formats, cleanup, bulk load, file controls and issue resolution
Experience with Reverse Reconciliation configuration, Mapping and issue resolution
Techniques to Provision resources and entitlements to users and Roles
Experience with OUD/LDAP, AD and Peoplesoft Connectors
Development of nonout of the box connectors
OIM UI screen design, setup and customization
Development of reports and extracts using BI publisher
Creation of Administrative Accounts and ongoing password changes
Methods for Monitoring OIM, the environment and manage logs
Understanding and ability to interact and make tuning recommendations for underlying components (WebLogic, JVM, OHS with SSL, etc)
Understanding of Database table contents
Experience with SQL, Rest services and OIM API's
Java and scripting skills
Unix / Windows Skills
Mainframe Skills as they relate to Connectors desirable
Understanding of OIM System Admin Best Practices
Comfortable and expected to suggest improvements to existing implementation of OIM and / or activating functionality not currently in use to improve existing processes (technical and business)
Motivated, Excellent Communicator, creative, works well with others, not opposed to cross training teammates
Must work in the Office no work at home or remote work opportunities
