Description
HCM Functional Experienced should be 5 to 9 Years. Good Experience in Configuration of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time management Don't share SuccessFactors profiles Should have worked on Support projects and have at least one Implementation project experience
Should have experience of creating high level design document and should be able to explain the requirements to the development team
Should have good communication skills
Should be a good team player
Should be able to create test documents/scenarios
Should have experience of ESS/MSS
Should have experience of data migration Should have sound knowledge related to different integration points
