Job Description (IBM ODM Consultant OR IBM ODM Consultant Or IBM ODM Lead Or IBM ODM Or IBM ODM Developer)
Primary & Mandatory Skills
Minimum 3 to 4 years of Handson IBM ODM Design & Development experience right from analysis, discovery and rule mining through to design, implementation, and production support.
Handson ODM experience, understanding of how to design Rule Projects, Decision Center, Rule Extraction from current BPM systems like DroolsEtc.
Capable of data modeling from scratch to create Java, Schema, and COBOL Copybook XOMs.
Able to support ODM Evangelization activities with Business, including onboarding of the Business to Decision Center, proper usage of Simulations, etc.
Experience with ODM projects on z/OS (utilizing WOLA) a big plus.
Experience in implementing ODM according to agile methodology, (user stories, sprints, breaking down work into deliverable chunks).
Secondary Requirements
Healthcare Payer Domain experience and working with Member & Customer Management is added advantage.
Experience with integrating ODM into a CI/CD pipeline, both with and without Decision Center.
Expertise in working with middle ware and Java applications teams to create the contracts required for rule execution.
Integration of Decision Center & RES into the ACE CI/CD pipeline (Bamboo, Jira & gitEtc)
Setting up and customizing the Business Object Model (BOM)
Implementing the execution object model (XOM) Orchestrate rule execution through rule flows Designing the structure of the rule repository (defining what metadata customization are needed and possibly implementing the structure) Knowledge on API's / Web services / REST services
Harvesting Rule Components from Use Cases
Developing Test Frameworks
Knowledge on SOAPUI Testing & Knowledge on implementation JUnit Testing
Development & Integration with various integration points.
