Program Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities
Clearly identify program objectives and drive multiple project teams towards the program objectives.
Formulate, organize and monitor interconnected projects that come under the program umbrella.
Analyze program risks and issues and work on mitigation plan using appropriate escalation path.
Develop and manage operation plan for the program. Prepare accurate and timely status reports throughout program life cycle.
Organize meetings with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Coordinate between multiple teams that include business stake holders, software development teams, and quality assurance teams.
Manage all crossteam activities and ensure to resolve all inter team dependencies.
Ensure the program goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, business requirements, quality and team member performance.
Must Have Skills
Prior experience and good expertise in Data Migration and/or Legacy application migration programs
Prior experience and exposure to US Healthcare business good understanding of business entities used in healthcare industry
Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and build relationship with clients and key stakeholders
People skills in coaching and motivating team members and networking with externals
Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
Structured and issue based problem solving and assessments
Value analysis and insight development
Mange internal and external stakeholder expectations
Ability to work across levels and geographies
Lead and direct cross functional teams
Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
