Description
Job description Senior Business Analysts for working as a liaison between the IT department and internal business units. Responsible for meeting with the business units to elicit and document business requirements to be used to solve business issues with technology solutions.
Strong functional requirements gathering experience is required. Will interface with senior levels of business users and be expected to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Must possess an in depth knowledge of the SDLC process, project management skills, business requirements elicitation concepts and methodologies. Will work with IT project teams throughout project lifecycle. Data Mapping experience is preferred.
Prior experience working in the health insurance industry is highly preferred.
Must be Able to work in extremely dynamic environment, able to juggle multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills Required Skills They MUST have significant healthcare experience, and strong communication skills are required.
Must have at least 5+ years Business Analyst experience Prior experience working in health insurance / payer industry is highly preferred.
Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio Highly organized
Experience working as a Business Analyst on multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in an agile SCRUM or hybrid environment highly preferred.
Four year college degree or minimum 7 years business experience with progressively increased responsibility.
Minimum five years of prior experience providing detailed business requirements required
Exposure to full cycle software development project lifecycle and/or project management methodologies and disciplines.
Articulate; demonstrated meeting facilitation skills and high propensity to detail and follow up.
Proven written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills.
