Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Define/review the new business requirements of the Projects given by Client & understand the specifications accurately Understand , Playback and document the Business requirements in great details Study and understand the market trends, features and solutions in the Microsoft Technologies, SharePoint, O365 API space Earn great customer confidence by representing TCS expertise in SharePoint vocab & delivery Interact with key stakeholders for business discussions and provide solutions to any challenges Create estimations of the new requirements making wise decisions based on SharePoint knowledge and weightage/complexity of ask Manage communication with Client as well as TCS seamlessly Provide detailed relay of discussions to the offshore team to execute he devised approach along with required presentations & documents Gather architecture requirements for SharePoint projects for Out of the Box as well as Custom Applications and Site Collections. Participation in stakeholders meetings and workshops & collaborate with Client Architects and stake holders Know and understand the Client's SharePoint system environments. Conduct business meetings, present to an audience and conduct requirements walk throughs Manage day to day interaction with the client, build relationships and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction Operate and manage in accordance with all company rules and policies Other duties and special projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High experience with multiple SharePoint projects with all range of complexities. Must have high level of experience with SP Online as well as SP On premise Very Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Create knowledge management strategies, including required metadata Highly selfmotivated and directed with attention to detail Strong customer service orientation Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
