Mortgage Origination Any SME work is a bonus If its broad mortgage experience, then they need to be able to drill down on Mortgage process Documentation of Mortgage process. Qualifications Minimum of 2 or more years of mortgage banking experience, especially within compliance, operations management, underwriting, or loan origination system administration. 5+ or more years as a software business analyst. Experience working with crossfunctional teams, including product management, legal, development, quality assurance, support, marketing and sales. Must have experience developing and detailing software product requirements. Excellent understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies Strong Technical Background with an understanding of Data entity relationships is a plus. Strong to Moderate skill in writing SQL queries. Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or an engineering discipline required. Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass product is a plus Microsoft VSTS, Visio, MS office
