1) Being part of an agile team and working on the IT side to write user stories, participate in design discussions and be responsible to end to end delivery on features/ projects on custom developmentbased web applications or Drupal CMS based application. 2) Experience in Sales Force or any platformbased app is not desirable since custom web dev is different and role completely transforms from functional to a technical BA. 3) Worked directly with end users at all levels and understand precision of communication with business vs IT teams. This Is for The Motion Pictures Division The Business Analyst in IT serves as a primary interface to the business users, with the guidance from either a senior business analyst or business relationship manager to assist the ADM teams in understanding the business processes, workflows, and information requirements of the users. The Business Analyst will primarily serve in the support of the current and future applications and the requirement analysis process. Providing consulting on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services, as well as testing services to one or many applications. Tec skills SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, Drupal etc. Media and Entertainment Experience is useful. Written and Verbal communication needs to be excellent and should be able to understand and depict process flow and system analysis and design.
Responsibilities include the following Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users Document detailed functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases, & information needs Work with the ADM technical leads to clarify functional requirements. Primary liaison to QA team, create test scenarios and perform UAT., Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multiteam enhancement or projects Ensures delivery of project and enhancement requirements meet the requirements defined by the business customer Accountable for ensuring training needs are met for new or existing applications
